HALF MOON BAY, CALIF. – March 19, 2013 – Spring comes alive at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay with a host of ways to celebrate the season. From effortless Spring Break getaways to a lavish Easter brunch to special seasonal packages, Spring is a prime time to visit Northern California’s only ultra-luxury coastal resort.

Easter Brunch
Guests can gather with friends and family to celebrate Easter Sunday this year in The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom with an extravagant brunch, live entertainment, an Easter egg hunt and petting zoo outside on the Gazebo Lawn. The Easter Bunny will be also be hopping around all areas of the resort. Executive Chef Xavier Salomon presents an International convergence of land and sea with an assortment of ocean cuisine and traditional brunch favorites. Surf and turf takes on new meaning when Asian inspired dim sum, raw bar and Sushi meet an Italian antipasto assortment and Provencal-style hearty bistro favorites. Additionally, a full traditional array of breakfast specialties are also available. Reservations for Easter Brunch can be made from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. — $115 per person plus tax and gratuity, $57.50 per child ages 5 to 12 and children 4 and under complimentary.

Half Moon Bay Golf Links will also feature activities at the courses signature restaurant Mullins. Easter activities will include an Easter Egg Hunt at 10:30am followed by at 11:00am brunch, which will include fresh seafood, a Chef’s craving station, gourmet egg station, pasta station and dessert bar.
